HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year. It's the end of another decade and a new beginning to the roaring 20's - 2020 style! The roaring 20's of yesteryear were defined by automobiles, mass manufacturing, movies, jazz music,and flappers. Radio began to expand to national broadcast, board games and cross word puzzles became popular. Movies like The Jazz singer starring Al Jolson became the first "talkie" released in 1927.
Well needless to say there has been an amazing ascent to where society is today with regards to technology. Instead of "talkie" movies we have "Artificial Intelligence" and stream our music and movies to our "smart devices". Except we still do not have George Jetson and the flying cars - someday I am certain our kids will see this.
