Now that the Holidays are over and we are in that transition into spring what do you look forward to doing?
I am getting ready for my warm weather hobbies which include fly-fishing, and golf. This picture is from a Missouri trout park I fly-fish. My dad would take me to opening days, March 1st, at the Missouri trout parks when I was a kid. Here in Kansas City area we are starting to have some warmer days and the trout streams are seeing some activity.
This time of year I go through my equipment. For fly fishing I take a fly inventory and try new ones to fill the gaps in my fly boxes. I restock my pack with essentials like leaders, tippet, check the waders and boots. For golf I clean out the bag, re-grip my clubs. I also check the lie and loft angles of my irons to be sure they are to my specs. I will start working the rust off by hitting a lot of wedges and putting. If I get my tempo back with wedges my longer clubs usually follow.
Please share some of your hobbies for spring and summer time.
I also have to ask about when the last time it was that you reviewed your "insurance coverage's"? Just like your fishing or golf equipment, you should do an annual insurance review. Did anything change for you over the last year? New Jewelry? Anyone move in or out? Sold a car? bought a new fishing boat?
I would be happy to help you with this review. Call me to schedule at 913-948-6590.
